Given the fast moving nature of the People function these days, L&D, OD and HR's deliverables can be overwhelming and feel like constant fire-fighting, especially for those in stand alone roles. I have first-hand experienced of this and have benefited immensely from partnering with external experts and consultants to help deliver the L&D agenda.
