In addition to my Learning & Development experience and responsibilities, I have worked on a wide range of organisational change initiatives focusing on culture and behaviour change, post-merger integration, design and implementation of performance management systems and processes, behavioural competencies, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and implemented and lead high potential development and mentoring programmes. I know first-hand how difficult and challenging these can be, especially where these are carried out alongside day to day jobs and against other competing priorities.
Organisations and individuals are complex - there isn’t a one size fits all or even a magic solution for every problem or issue. Sometimes all it requires is dialogue and a conversation to understand the reality and complexity of the issue, then identify ways to address those challenges as they emerge.
My experiences, academic training and background have given me valuable insights into operating models, team structures, leadership and group dynamics, power in organisations, change, cultural differences and many other organisational nuances – all of which I can bring to help organisations, business leaders, learning, HR and OD professionals explore and address their organisational development challenges.
